Cheverny’s Third Party Marketing Group assists unique, best-of-breed managers in gaining access to large pools of institutional capital. The Third Party Marketing Group brings both consulting and buy-side experience to bear.

Our business model is based on providing high-quality advice characterised by intellectual integrity, dedication to client interests and a supple and versatile approach to the challenge at hand.

Cheverny’s Advisory Group can provide advice on individual transactions, linking pools of capital  to private equity opportunities,  private debt and equity financings and capital structure optimisation. Cheverny has a strong focus on emerging market as well as certain global sectors (such as TMT). Transactions are frequently cross-border and/or complicated in nature. Cheverny will also structure partnership capital transactions where the firm, operating in tandem with other private investors, may provide both advice and capital to assist a corporation in seeking to identify and implement the right capital structure to support its objectives.  Cheverny believes that large, integrated financial services firms serve many competing interests and generate an alarmingly high percentage of revenues from activities rife with conflicting interests.Drawing on deep practitioner experience in investment banking and asset management, and informed by sectoral expertise in focus industries,  Cheverny is fully independent and has frequently worked as an independent co-adviser alongside the large bank-owned firms, affording the client Board of Directors and shareholders an independent and impartial view.

The partners of the firm each have in excess of two decades experience as investment bankers and private equity investors at firms such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Pictet & Cie. and RBC Capital Markets.

Cheverny’s principals have advised on or led investments and cross-border transactions in many markets around the world. The partners have also served on the boards of both public and private companies. Cheverny’s team is amongst the most experienced in its market.
